Services

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for any project will be confirmed in writing (via proposal, quote or contract) before work begins. These published rates and service descriptions are indicative and subject to confirmation per project.

Payments

Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to agreed milestones. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (design files, source code created for your project) transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licensed tools, stock assets or our own reusable internal frameworks.

Revisions & changes

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Significant changes to scope after work has begun may be subject to additional charges, communicated before any extra work is carried out.

Limitation of liability

We work to industry best practices, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as search rankings or sales figures), as these depend on many factors outside our direct control.
